Thank you[^] Mike!
I'm sorry for being sooooo late, but I've got customers at the company and I've spent a hellish week working a lot of hours.
PS: I've found that small video that I think is a good way to say thank you to anyone here in CP... it's full of kittens, puppies and non-furry animals... I think it is a song or something like that, I was not really listening...

Thank you Nagy!
I'm sorry for not having answered till today, I've spent all the week working a hell of hours and it's been impossible to even connect to the Internet to visit .
Now that I've done it it's been a nice surprise! thank you!
After this sh*tty week in which we've faced a customer who came to see something that was still not finished... this is more than welcome!
and of course!

You can safely uninistall old drivers that Windows has cached using the RAPR[^] tool (and no I don't have a clue what that seeming abbreviation has to do with anything). Mostly thanks to years of monthly driver updates from nVidia and ATI/AMD (depending on whose card I had at the time) I was able to blow another 4.5GB of crud away.
Razer gets a dishonorable mention for vomiting dozens of copies of its drivers with the same name/date into the driver store making it impossible to figure out which copies I still needed to keep around.

About a year ago, MS upgraded[^] the Disk Cleanup tool to be able to delete various logs and undo files from installing service packs and Patch Tuesday patches that's unlocked by running it as administrator. Server 2012 and 2012r2 have also been given the feature.
I just gave my windows directory a 9GB enema, and flushed 3GB of crud stored elsewhere on my drive in the bargain.

Instead of that, if you just delete your user account and recreate a new one (first create a new account, then delete your own ) this will release all of the space used by your account.
I always do so, and it releases more than 15GB of disk space. This is a better option as it cleans up everything. Necessary documents can be saved in other disk and can be pasted back upon account creation.

Masochist.
I'll considering reinstalling the OS more frequently than once in an it doesn't work anymore when migrating all my applications to a fresh install (including all my configuration settings for them) becomes a single button click instead of a week's worth of hell.

(pending that it works at the office)
I would give you a kiss.
(edit)
I gave me back 20 gig ...
It would seems I'm not "administrator" enough on my work PC to have the "Clean up System Files" button available (even by running it as administrator...
I'd rather be phishing!
