Could maybe have had a different title, but I just found it amusing how Relax has gone from being banned on Radio 1 by Mike 'I Am Not a Racist' Read [helps to check the spell] to being played unedited on a mainstay of Radio 4's schedule. And by a Girl Guide too!

Well the spelling helps - I was thinking the comedian and wondering whether he had been caught "stuffing the choirboy with a porky sword" or something.
And don't get me on the 'singing in a foreign accent is racist' subject. Admit it! Who didn't read the crossword post below with a Welsh accent? What? Oh. Only me?

"Most perfect one of five char is the crucial element!" (12)
Winner-stays-on CCC rules:
Normal CCC rules apply.
First person to post the correct answer is the winner. A solution is recommended.
Winner posts the next WSO CCC.
WSO CCCs are posted as close to 09:00 UTC as possible (so everyone has a fair chance at it, it isn't posted in local time) Weekdays, Monday to Friday only.
There are four hours to post the solution: the game is over at 13:00 UTC and if there is no correct solution, the poster wins and gets to do it again the next day.
If the poster wins three times in a row, the next day CCC is set by the person who posted the previous one (unless he was on his third, in which case it goes back - you get the idea) [the idea here is to prevent one person posting impossible clues and staying on forever - this is meant to be a game, people!]
It is the responsibilty of the winner to let the next person know it's their turn the next day. That person can delegate if work commitments intrude, but the previous winner cannot be delegated to.
So if you can't set it tomorrow, don't enter!
Any complaints about these rules, let me know and we'll bash 'em about a bit to wear the rough edges off...

It happened in past, that I was able to crack the clue, however I'm not native English and I'm almost sure that the only way to me ot make an English CCC is to look up one from book/internet (translating one will not work probably) - is that acceptable?
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

That's a difficult one - we gotta be careful to avoid plagiarism here...

He should absolutely write them on his own. I think his difficulty with the English language would make it, shall we say, more challenging?
It was broke, so I fixed it.

So what of a rule-braker?
Or maybe in that case you start over?

Christ - you introduce a bit of fun and someone brings in rules!!!
Quintessential = most perfect one
Quint = five cards in the same suit (should that read card not char?)
Essential = crucial

And the major problem there is it's 14 letters...
As far as the rules go, I wanted to try and make it "controllerless" - so it didn't need any one person to administer it in the same way that DD's CCC needed him and so died a death when he was gagged by his election committee...
And to do that, you need to set something out to start with that prevents one person monopolising it.

It's not about winning! The poster LOSES if nobody gets it; they need to be tricky but not impossible!
I'd prefer 'if there is no correct solution, the poster loses and the previous, answered poster gets to post again.
Posts that are not answered after 24 hours are deemed silly, and should be flagged as abusive.
That'll keep 'em honest!

Not sure "abuse" is a good idea - it would be too easy for someone clever to get banned that way - and it's only a game anyway.
Perhaps "previous answered poster" is a better solution. Comments, anyone?

Serve 'em right for making it too damn hard then.
