Is it totally weird that I don't get the joke?

Depends if you've watched The Flintstones before, if you have think of his catchphrase.

That's the saddest part, you know, I have watched that movie. P0mpey3 wrote: if you have think of his catchphrase. IIRC, it's "Yabba-dabba-doo!" (or something like that) but I still don't get the joke.
I just can't let this joke go now that it has got 11 votes. Care to explain please (if it's not simply a pun)?

Oooh Henry, the films are awful I sat through half of the Dan Goodman! Think Yabba-Dabba-Doo, now replace it with Abudabi as Yabba-Dabba (also think it being pronounced Abuda-by with a British accent said quickly they sound close to each other) and the Do sounds like Doo. Try it a couple of times.

Aha! So it's a pun! I actually was thinking something weird!
Thanks!

The problem with getting redirected to domain.com persists, what was/is the ongoing cause of this? I'm curious. I can get in via bookmarks, but not through normal URL entry. Also, there's much talk of people being moderated out of existence and the lounge is full of cryptic garbage (but that's normal I guess).
Regards,
Rob Philpott.

I can only access to he Lounge by clicking on a link on the front page. Bookmark or direct URL redirect to domain.com.

I on the other hand have no problems using the site from the domain.com incident on friday.
Have you cleared your browser cache ?
Not sure if it should help or not, but it is one of the things I had done.

|

I deleted my browser cache (without deleting any cookies), and the problem hasn't occurred since, so that might have fixed it.

I'm not exactly sure what that means, but if its a case of IE10->tools->internet options->delete temporary internet files and website files, doesn't make any difference.

IE's notorious for keeping multiple caches and stores (search your HDD for "index.dat" files; there's always more than one), but I believe that hitting Ctrl+F5 on the page you want overrides any caching -- but it might only refresh the domain.com page.
