The answer is "Dalek"
Come on, guys! It *looks* like a Dalek.

It's just like being at home, sometimes.

I am under the gun and just wondering if anyone out there in CP land can provide me a model for a good Projector for a conference room. The only requirement is that it is easy for anyone to connect to, probably via network as well as the video cable of course.

NEC V260
It's a heavy lump but works and is neither too noisy nor too hot for a small conference room. ( Unlike the Acer it replaced )

I remember seeing a personal WiFi station that has USB ports for connecting to a projector. I don't remember the manufacturer -- I think it was Samsung. I considered getting the unit until I was told it wasn't available in NZ and may not be in the future.

He's not even wearing a breathing mask. I'd have thought the hard hat was the least of his needs - I'd have wanted a solid lead suit (6 or 10 feet thick) to go near the damn town, never mind inside the core...

If I remember correctly, the men who went inside already had cancer in the last stage and did not expect to live much longer in any case.
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

"No, from Canada."

I'd still want the lead suit... Your life expectancy has to be measured in minutes in there.

I think there's a business opportunity there. Create a site where you can drop a link, it navigates past all the skeezy garbage and snatches the interesting bits and then presents it in a nice calm simple page.

I believe the Hitler one has been debunked (#15) - he didn't have that mustache back then. Google "hitler 1914".

Quote: Fake? Researchers claim Hitler's photographer Hoffmann manipulated this image of the moment Germany declared war on August 2, 1914, to feature the soon-to-be-dictator. It was later used for his election campaign
If they used in an election campaign it has to be true right?
