Every day is Fathers Day!
No, wait, that's Childrens day, isn't it...
Fathers Day[^] is an invention of the card companies to sell tat to mothers for their offspring to "give" to Dear Daddie to show they love him and care enough to have someone else spend £1.50 on a dull lump of cardboard...

In Italy it is the 19th of March, on St Joseph. The way Catholic Church is able to appropriate of pagan and lay festivities is amazing!
In Italy we had Ferragosto, which dated to the Roman Empire[^], then renamed The Assumption of Mary[^], which is a dogma created in 1950!
Any other consideration would be appropriate to the Soapbox...

do you use this resource refactoring tool?
or could you share some tools you like as this?

I don't refactor. I write perfect code.

I can not survive in a support role, my default response is to rewrite. If it ain't mine it is not perfect...

The better is the enemy of the good.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Better said. I guess that's the problem -- my code may be perfect, but somebody else can always make it better.

My code does not need refactoring.
My code refactors the reader.

I was once told by someone, "after working with you, I can't imagine going back to writing 'traditional' code."

My first misheard lyric (many many years ago), and still favorite, is Fishmaster by Nightwish[^].
It has hard pr0n, cunning soap and Steven Seagull. What's not to like?

I've gotten rather addicted to the series.[^] Unfortunately, Netflix only has the first 3 seasons. "If-Then-Else" (season 4) is supposed to be awesome.

That is a good series and I was disappointed that netflix only had the 3 seasons.
Jim Caviezel is excellent in this roll, I really liked him in "Play it forward" where he played an addict.

I was floored when Finch, giving advice to a young programmer, says something about "if you want your program to be multithreaded, you have to use atomic variables." I mean, that's actually right! How often do you here techno-babble on a TV show that is correct?
And how many people watching had totally the wrong idea when he said "atomic", hahaha.

Seldom.
I wrote a longer response but my tablet updated and it disappeared… POC

Thanks for the tip. I was looking for something new to watch.
The last series I binge watched was "Halt and Catch Fire".
