Look INTO the image...Between the first and second part: VACATION ARTIST: JOHN GLYNN
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Ah, I did miss that.
Now I wonder if that guy is an artist at being on vacation, or someone trying to be an artist while on vacation
GOTOs are a bit like wire coat hangers: they tend to breed in the darkness, such that where there once were few, eventually there are many, and the program's architecture collapses beneath them. (Fran Poretto)

Randal's been late repeatedly recently.
The last time he had chronic ontime posting issues was when his fiancee was diagnosed with cancer. I hope his current problems don't mean it's returned[^].
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Training a telescope on oneβs own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies.

The other posters noted actual stuff about guest artists. I just noted that in the lower right corner there was a signature which (1) is usually not there, and (2) was 'Scott Adams'.
If it's really disturbing, tilt you monitor away from you until the distortion counteracts the drawing's distortion.
Oh - yeah - it is a good strip.

Oh I agree, it is good, I just didn't see the guest artist blurb I thought Uber had an effect on Asok and Wally by proxy!

According to Scott's Blog[^] he is on vacation and will have guest artists for the next 6 weeks.
Edit: Sorry didn't see Simon's reply.

I did not expect so many whites (or even that you gave them for my obviously wrong answer).
But it may be a good help

"Mastermind" marking: Mastermind (board game) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[^]
0B means "zero black" - i.e. no correct letters in correct place
5W means "five white" - e.e. five correct letters, but in the wrong place.
All the other letters are wrong, wrong wrong...
So if my target word was CODE
And you guessed DICE you'd get 1B for the "E", and 2W for the "D" and "C".
