"Safe Limits" do not stop people from driving drunk.
It is the fear of being pulled over by the Police and being arrested, or of being maimed or killed that stops them. Unfortunately, even that does not always work. All you have to do is watch the drivers around here between 11PM and 2AM on Friday or Saturday nights and you will understand.

Sorry, about the absence this morning. I have no excuse but multiple brain dysfunction leading to substantial rerouting and signal failure. If DEJ, having solved Nagy's replacement bus service clue, does not want to do it tomorrow then I will happily amend my omission and if he does then I will just as happily stand aside.

If you have one ready to go I think you should do tomorrow's clue - I don't think a branch-and-merge strategy will work here

Wow! It only took 5 or 6 weeks for South Africa Post to ship some custom air filters for my pc case to the US; and that's about 2 or 3x as far by slow boat. Depending on if yours was sent the entire way by sea or was loaded into a truck somewhere along the Atlantic coast. Ground shipping in Africa's enough of a cluster that I'm sure mine went the whole way north by sea.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

It does seem odd that she would be taking a heart medication for ten years while competing at the top level of a physically demanding international sport...
But surely the "increase in endurance performance of athletes" and suchlike the Wiki page talks about had nothing to do with her medication: Meldonium - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[^]
And I am a little surprised that she didn't know, given that it's been on the WADA "monitored" drug list for nearly a year now!
