Honestly, I would not like to play this online in the browser. I know a site where each game is packed together with its own preconfigured instance of DOS Box. All you have to do is start it with a .BAT. No need for CDs or images, no mounting drives or other configuration.
How about Master of Orion II or Daggerfall?
