I think it's pretty clear to all present that I never use any word or make any point unintentionally.
So what I did is make my point, add something to the discussion.
See, that's how discussions between humans work. Communication is not all about trying to get one up on the other person, or trying to insult anyone or everyone, it's about just talking to people.
You should give it a try.

To assume you can't call it without converting is your first mistake. Your second, is not following directions.

Just had a call from a friend-of-a-friend asking for me to fix his computer as he's working from home.
Sadly I had to remind him that there was nothing I could do until isolation is lifted.
Ah ... at last I have an excuse he can't argue with ...

we have people now reporting on neighbors, getting them in trouble with the cops and getting them arrested.
Reminds me of communist Russia, and what they currently do in China.
Be careful, your friend might be working for the secret police, trying to set you up for the fall. may never see your cats again if they catch you.

My neighbor has a builder in. Sounds like they are knocking a wall out.
I am very tempted to report them!

What state/city is that?
We have bannings from some public areas (the boardwalk because some idiots wouldn't stay apart), playgrounds, and stuff - a good deal of it quite sensible. The mayor (of NYC) started to take down basketball hoops in places that have games (i.e, don't cooperate).
But - assuming you don't "trespass" on a public facility that is closed, I don't see how they can arrest you.
Amazingly enough, suicide is illegal, being stupid isn't.
