Clicked, looked, saw everything about hosting, nothing about registration.
Evidently, the money is this biz comes from hosting, not registering, not renewing.

I look after an organisation that is registered through Newnet. The other one is actually registered through http://www.lcn.com/[^], (not EUK) sorry about that. Most of these companies do web hosting as their main business and registration as a side issue. Whether you do everything through one organisation or split between two is your (free) choice.

Interesting idea; renewing with a company outside the USA.
Others who have done that; please post your personal experience.

Google said it, you believe it, that settles it.

Even after the advice I found for you, you couldn't resist?

Stupid quiz[^]. Sensible answers got 31, but intentionally stupid got 10!
How high/low can you go?

Apparently, I have done it before: 25
But the highest I could get it even trying hard to be boring was 40...and the lowest I could get was 10.

Something is wrong as it says 25. I thought it would be 10 or 60!

I did nothing, no questions were asked, didn't provide any answers, and my mental age was 25. Sounds appropriate, but makes absolutely no sense.
I don't get it...

Go to the site, cut the "/result.html" part off the address, and load it again - it'll go through the questions (but don't expect anything "in depth", or even interesting)

That is what I ended up doing, now I'm 20. You're right, nothing in depth, all were questions that concern the "socially connected".
Bah humbug! Young whippersnappers [^]...

Actually rather closer than I'd predicted. 40

Meh, I hate quizzes where the answers are laser focused and irrelevant. For example, on the weekends, I neither do chores, go to bed early or go and get drunk. Where is stay up all night gaming? Huh, huh?

Trying for the lowest score I got:
"Your mental age is 13"
Trying for the highest score I only got 34.
I wonder what highest mental age that test will ever give.

I believe answering the survey in itself removes a lot of years from your score.

Sensible answers taking into consideration I'm offshore and my birthday lands this week while i'm out here, resulted in a 37.

So you'll be having a wild night on the Iron Bru then?

You mean IRN-BRU
Sure will, that and a box of Ferrero Rocher that the kids put in my offshore bag.

Shh! If Alison hears about them she'll run on water to get there! (or is that the idea, hmmm?)

Well I definitely better not mention that the offshore tradition is the person who has the birthday must buy the pop and sweets for everyone else!

Oops! You'd better delete that before she sees it...
