Difficult decision...
On the one hand, I have about 50 games on Steam that I picked up during various 90%-off sales that I haven't played yet...
On the other hand, I have Netflix.
Man, I need to get out more.

Speaking as one who does get out more New Years is not a particularly good night to get out.
Halloween is better since the crowds are a bit smaller, the apparel is more interesting and the prices are cheaper.

I am creating my own Ribbon class (because it is also a Menu, which none other Ribbon do) and man... this is too long.....
But I might be doing just that at midnight nonetheless!

Jeez Lloyd, this Ribbon must be some masterpiece! You sound like a man obsessed!

Fortunately getting there... When I finish the KeyTip I just need to beautify the templates and... ready!!!

Why not put it off until next year?

Right now I'm building turbine intakes and the exhausts are next. Then I will add the cockpit door and the rear hatch. After that I will prepare the mounts for position lights and landing lights.

Midnight today has already been and gone :P. At midnight later, I'll be first-footing, which involves standing outside my door before 12am and knocking to be let in after. The first-foot is supposed to bring some stuff (coal, salt and shortbread ??) But my family has never done that. When I'm let in I wish everyone (OK Mrs Keith this year, the kids will be asleep) Happy New Year, and I get given a drink and some food.
When I was a young lad and living on Tyneside we used to have shipyards - the first noise of the year was the yard's horns and those of any ships on the river seeing the new year in. Truly an awesome (in the sense of inducing awe) noise.

I am stuck on passing value of selected dropdownlist. please someone help.
i can get the selected value of the dropdownlist. i just dont know how to pass it to controller for the grid.
my view :
$("#jqxdropdownlist1").bind('select', function (event) {
if (event.args) {
var RRGroupID = $('#jqxdropdownlist1').val();
if (RRGroupID != -1) {
var url = "../FacilityAdd/GetItemList"; url.params=RRGroupID;
var detailsSource =
{
url: url,
datatype: "json",
datafields: [{ name: "ItemID", type: "int" }, { name: "FullItemName" }],
data: RRGroupID
};
alert(detailsSource.data);
var detailsAdapter = new $.jqx.dataAdapter(detailsSource);
$("#jqxgrid").jqxGrid({
source: detailsAdapter,
width: 500,
columns: [
{ text: 'Item Name', datafield: 'FullItemName', width: 200, editable: false },
{ text: 'Unit', width: 100, editable: true },
{ text: 'Beginning Balance', width: 180, editable: true },
{ text: 'Loss', width: 80, editable: true, cellsalign: 'right' },

{ text: 'Requested Quantity', width: 100, editable: true, cellsalign: 'right', cellsformat: 'c2' }
],
});
controller
public ActionResult GetItemList(int RRGroupID)
{
var items = new ItemRRFGroupRepository().GetItemName();
var result = new JsonResult();

I'd start by learning to read...
There is text at the top of the page which clearly says:
"Technical discussions are welcome, but if you need specific help please ask your question here[^]."
If I didn't want to annoy people that I wanted help from, I'd start by reading that and following what it said...
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
