This year we have some spare time to invest in a new product. What I am worried about is that we would then target a completely new target group and perhaps be less efficient in our marketing efforts. Happy to chat with others who have had similar ideas.

I guess I am something of an expert in marketing because I have made many fortunes marketing software.
Here is what I have learned... you start with marketing by creating an app that has a name and functionality that is self promotng so that news sites will write free articles about your interesting app.
Select an app that will only take a few days to write at most.
Never buy any advertsing!
Market your app using free write-ups and Per Inquiry (P.I.). Per Inquiry is done by every media source and the key to per inquiry is know how to talk to those media sources.
I have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in one year for just one of my apps like an educational game app I wrote that grossed $486 million in the first year and most of that was profit.
I have no courses or products to sell you but I am happy to share what has worked for me for free.

Hello there,
I’m getting started to run my own website and I was looking for the best CMS platform to manage the content of my comparison section. I manage this website ( https://www.internet-offer.ch/en ) and I would like to integrate a free tool if possible. Could someone suggest me any integration?

For odd things like this I usually do google searches like the following
ProductHunt review
ProductHunt fraud
You can look for frequency and specific comments. Complaints should always be looked at in detail both as the specifics might be relevant to you and because sometimes it is just someone complaining about something that is not relevant.
I looked at the first and it seemed for the most part to be ok.

Hello, My name is Amber. I am currently building my business, PythonPower as a Freelance Consultant. I am trying to make a decision on a type of business license, for PythonPower. I was told that since I am freelancing, I should have an LLC for my business needs. I need to protect myself but I want to know if, getting an LLC, is the correct option for me as a freelancer. Would I be considered a small business? Is it why it would be best to get an LLC for my business?
|
|
|
|
|
I'd say yes, since LLC is the preferred frame used by most small business owners I know. It'll allow you to work as a business entity and not as a person, so clients will know how far your responsibility stretches. That doesn't mean you should get business insurance, though. Also, you can get a business credit card and build credit that way. Of course, getting an LLC is not a must for a freelancer, but it's among the optimal routes.

I've decided to stop pro-bono work (long story, don't ask) - and the customer is more than willing to entertain an annual support agreement.
Any advice for things I should include? All work is remote, phone calls, email, etc. On occasion, if travel is needed, then it's a separate quote. Projects that exceed a certain time amount are quoted separately as well.
I've been out on line, but google is not the google I used to use. All I get are hits to sign up for this service or that service.

Specialized Help Arrangement: The scope of the technical support services that will be provided to the customer, as well as the methods of communication and response times, are all outlined in this agreement. It additionally remembers subtleties for the charges and installment terms.
SLA, or Service Level Agreement,: This understanding characterizes the degree of administration that the specialist organization will convey to the client. It describes the metrics, such as uptime, response times, and resolution times, that will be used to evaluate the service. It likewise remembers subtleties for the cures and punishments for not gathering the SLA.
Agreement for Maintenance: The maintenance services that the customer will receive, such as updates, upgrades, and bug fixes, are outlined in this agreement. It likewise remembers subtleties for the charges and installment terms, as well as the length of the arrangement.
Contract for Outsourcing: The services that will be outsourced to a third-party provider are outlined in this agreement. It explains the scope of the services, the costs, payment options, and both parties' responsibilities.
Backing and Support Understanding: This understanding consolidates the specialized help and upkeep administrations into one arrangement. It explains the scope of the services, the response times, the fees, and the methods for paying. It also explains what to do if the service level is not met.
It's important to remember that these contracts should be tailored to your business's needs and the services you offer. When drafting these agreements, it is suggested that you seek legal counsel to ensure that they are legally binding and enforceable.

Firstly this has nothing to do with running a business. And secondly, a few seconds with Google would have led you to The Python Tutorial[^]
