|I've decided to stop pro-bono work (long story, don't ask) - and the customer is more than willing to entertain an annual support agreement.
Any advice for things I should include? All work is remote, phone calls, email, etc. On occasion, if travel is needed, then it's a separate quote. Projects that exceed a certain time amount are quoted separately as well.
I've been out on line, but google is not the google I used to use. All I get are hits to sign up for this service or that service.
