Maybe it's just because we need to write a tag with a backslash before when you write a string, that way: "\'".

Now..i have an other problem
After I hit the edit button, it doesn't enter the edit mode..it shows only plain text.here is the code.

I have a .net web application and I want to debug remotely on the web server through visual studio .net. So fa I have only debut it on my local machine. How is that possible?
Also how can you attach the debugger on Javascript .js file

How do i make the gridview, or at least certain fields editable at runtime.
I'm manually binding data to a blank datagrid.
I know prdefined columns in the grid have a readonly property, but that property is gone in runtime!
please help.

You set what controls should be used in the EditTemplate of the datagrid, in the case non-editable fields just use a label. At runtime you can set the EditItemIndex to put that row into edit mode

Hello,
I am trying to edit and update data in a GridView Control so I handle the RowEditing Event to set the GridView.EditIndex so the edit appropriate controls appear. I add the following code in the event handler:
protected void GridView1_RowEditing(object sender, GridViewEditEventArgs e)
{
GridView1.EditIndex = e.NewEditIndex;
}
The problem is that when I click the edit button the edit controls doesn't appear except when I click it once more and I can't figure out why is this happening.
Can someone tell what is going on??

You must add a method to refresh the grid like this:
GridView1.EditIndex = e.NewEditIndex;
UpdateView()
-----------------
void UpdateView()
{
GridView1.DataSource = datasource;
GridView1.DataBinding();
}

Hi, I have a Datagrid and I added the Template Columns for edit,update, cancel and delete.The problem is that when I press either the edit or the delete button, the datagrid dissapears.This is the code for the edit event

Hi to all,
i had use this code for got html source of any page for downloading purpuse, but now i have faces a problem when i run my application then some time this function don't return html source.
In my application i am using a loop for getting html source code for 10 page so i write a while loop and call this function GetHtmlSource for html source now when i debug it then seen that randamly leave one or two page which is not getting html source code if i run two times then it leave diffrent page on both time not same page so i don't understand why this could happen, where as i send right url all time within loop.
if any body have any clue plz send ASAP.
i need it urgent plz.

Hi
i am having a menu which is in div control. my menu is having submenu. so, the sub menu is not visible. because menu is placed in div (div is a container, so sub menu is going inside of the div. how to make submenu visible. please help me . if anyone provide code for this it would be appreciated

Not sure, I understand you clearly, but from my understanding,
you should define your submenu in a separate div, and giv that div a bigger z-index than the one of the menu's div

If you want to do it client side then one way could be you can all the initial data in array and can compare prior to go to the server.
