Save values before pageindexchanged

VS2010

I have a grid with 165 questions.
Each page has 15 questions.
Each question has a radio list stating true or false.
When I change my page, I want these values to be stored in the database before next slot of questions is displayed
Can please someone help me with this

Solution 1

write your insertion logic inside GridView.PageIndexChanging event and store the data first then navigate to other page of the grid.
