asp.net page flicker/refreshment problem yet using update panel

I use update panel in a asp page yet i have page flicker please help me to avoid it.

In that page have file upload control,one textbox and a button

events are button click and textchange

Solution 1

FileUpload control is not compatible with UpdatePanel.
