I created Desktop base Software and I make set up for s/w and all data save in database but not create reports. Please suggest me how can I make set up for that s/w.

Your issue isin't clear. What do you mean by setup of reports?

Reports will talk to same database that you have already set up for you application. Reports can be put along a fixed path with other files of your application. You just need to know that path, such that you can access them when needed in your application.
