trying to move website from "developer web server" to iis 5

I'm trying to move website from "developer web server" to iis 5.

This is on my personal laptop running XP.

In the past I just created websites directly in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ but I developed my current website using the developer web server this time.

I've tried right-clicking the website and selecting "Copy Web Site..." and I've tried right-clicking the website and selecting "Publish Web Site" but I don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Can you point me to a url on this or tell me the steps?
