For starters, help yourself by explaining what it is you're talking about. What agent are you talking about? What is not working? What errors do you get?

I suspect you might be talking about Microsoft Agent. These articles might provide you with a place to start:

If it IS indeed MS agent you're talking about, then to the best of my knowledge, Microsoft has discontinued supporting it (which might explain why it's not working), so your best bet in that case would be to find some other way of communicating with your users.

I'm not saying it cannot be made to work on windows 7 (haven't tried), but even if you get it to work, it could give you problems with the next windows version. Better to give it up...

yes i ment MSAgent and i installed MS package for win7 but it still doesnt work

Well, for starters: Don't reply to an answer using the "Add Answer" button - use the "Add comment" link - that will keep answer and followup questions together and you won't get a misleading number of answers to your question (which can possible make other members avoid looking at it because they think you already have a lot of answers)

Second of all: Post an error description. What is not working? what errors do you get? We are not mind readers, you know...
