Question related to list in Sharepoint

I creates list in main site and subsites also in sharepopint.
My question is if we add another list into the subsite it should display in the main sites QuickLaunch , is it possible to do ? and viceversa?

Can you elaborate a little more? What do you mean by Sub-site and what is not happening that you tried.

Solution 1

You can't do this without altering the master page or manually setting the navigation elements in the main site.

By default the quicklaunch only shows items in the context of the current site.

It is not easy to start from scratch. Try to learn how to use SharePoint web parts .
