The question has two typos just in the title. And it makes no sense. Is it asp.net or windows? What the application does? How did you install it? Please clarify.

i mean .net environment (visual studio 2010) and application type is "Windows Forms Application"

Yes, but you have ASP.NET tag in the question and I'm fairly sure the title was "sp.net applocation" before the change - which combined with the tag I read as asp.net application

My guess is that this is a click-once application - which means it needs to be run from it's original location because, well, that's how click-once works!

You could try putting a shortcut in the startup folder...
