How Do I Write A C Sharp Code To Send Outlook Email

Dear All,

Please help me in getting a code where i can send outlook e mail if an employee applies for leaves.
The mail should automatically be sent to reporting manager.
It must check condition in sql db as applied date is today's date and this process must run at 11:59 pm everyday.
