K! THANK YOU...BUT HOW TO MAKE EXE OF WINDOWS FORM SO THAT I CAN USE IN OTHER COMPUTERS WHICH DO NOT HAVE SQLSERVER AND VISUAL STUDIO?

As I said, you need to install the application on the other system. The application will connect to SQL Server via your network. If you do not understand how to set this up then go to MSDN and read the documentation.

if you want to run your C# application as a background app it`s better to use it as a Windows Service.
