move a button to the border of the form

Hello everyone. I want to move a button up and down inside the form borders.Even though the form size is changed, it still stop on the borders.My questions in details are:

(1) how to move a button to the border(up or bottom) of the form?

(2) after that, how to make the button stay in the same location even though the form size has been changed bigger or smaller.

I want the code in C#. Do you have any ideas? Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

You can Dock the button at desired edge.
