Crystal report viewer showing some dll missing error

Dear Team,
Now am developing an asp.net 3.5 web application, using crystal report 2005. This application works fine in my developer pc (windows7-64 bit). But its not working once I publish the application.

When I try to host the application to the server(64 bit, Windows server 2008R2,SP1), all pages loads fine but the crystal report viewer page gives the below error on load

Error : Failed to load database information. Details: The database DLL 'crdb_adoplus.dll' could not be loaded. Error in File C:\Windows\TEMP\Rptemp {A8F32CD7-84A6-4B1B-8501-EAFAC2D2E95D}.rpt: Failed to load database information.

Note : I tried the below things in web.config. But its not working.

Kindly provide a solution for the same

Solution 1

Upgrade your crystal report software.

You are doing some mistake while building the report and while connecting to the database through the reports.

check where you went wrong

this same published code works fine with other clients, only for this particular server, it is not working
