i was wondering if you could help me to program my cheap rc car interfaced with the pc with the parallel port

well, first of all, none of us are mind-readers. We don't know if you've already got a parallel port connection or need to create your own and we don't know what kind of car you have.

Besides the fact that we don't just provide code to people.
