You know...I was going to suggest trying a site where you can pay someone to do it for you, but I don't want to advocate cheating, and if you can't do it, then you shouldn't pass anyway.

Try for yourself first. Noone is going to do your homework for you if you don't show any wiilingness to work at it yourself

At least you were honest enough to say it was your homework although I suspect that won't help much. Might go better you were ti say what you have already tried and where you are stuck. Even then I'd be surprised if anyone will help with homework.

Nah, that's just DIFFICULT. HARD would be "Write a C++ program which draws a fully rendered prism and a beam of white light entering it that moves & rotates"

Copy Pink Floyds' "Dark Side of the Moon" album cover, and spin it round in circles. Jiggle it up and down a bit with a timer. It rotates, it moves. Sorted!
