I have a holiday break for 4 weeks and i wanted to do something creative. I have learnt C,C++ and i wanted to create an OS in c++what kind of resources should i read before actually starting my work? Can anyone please suggest me something. I am really curious and i want to make this happen. Thanks.

What exactly do you want to achieve in 4 weeks? It's possible that you really need to develop some sense of feasibility and judgment, which can be done on much simpler projects...
