geting exception:- System.Web.HttpException: Control 'ctl00_Calendar1' of type 'Calendar' must be placed inside a form tag with runat=server.

Yes because it seems you have missed

HTML
</asp:calendar>


You have opend the asp tag but you didnt close it. check your code.
