HELP how to copy/ duplicate files? visual studio

hello i need to create a program in visual studio that allows me to select a folder/file/flashdrive... and copy all of its content at a desired location on the computer or a different flashdrive/external hard drive .

Im fairly new to programming so please use simple words :)

i hope someone helps me because i have been trying to find some help for days

What's wrong with just reading MSDN documentation? Why do you think that a Quick Answer should be any better?
