How to using webservice in asp.net

Hello everybody
I'm beginner in asp.net mvc5 and I have url webservice and I want using this url in my application asp.net
i do this
right click in name project and add service reference in Address i put the url and show the methods in operations and ok
the methods show in service references folder
i don't what can i do after this steps and what's the code must be write in the application
please any one help me
