i made a sms application with sql server database and i am in trouble how to make a set up file including database... can anyone help me to make set up file.. thanks in advance

You mix up setup and exe file. Exe file is already created, if you can run your application. You may not need to have the installation. SQL server is the best to be claimed as prerequisite.

Database or database server? If you really need a setup, you can create a setup project. Some versions of Visual Studio have Setup project type, but I advice open-source WiX.
