web parts in asp.net

I m working web parts in asp.net
I want to manage web parts acoording to user
(eg)when user "x" login so he/she can arrange his/her web parts and
when user "y" login so he/she can arrange his/her web parts
so both have thier own setting

Is there any tutorials or example to help me or any1 can have idea or example,suggestion etc to let me go ahead???
