I can imagine, that you haven't read anything on MSDN in this topic. Since there you have much all the possible answers. Since there are many answers depending on what you really want. So please use google or at least clarifay:
- do you want to backup from command line?
- do you want to backup from code?
- do you want to backup from within SQL Management Studio?
- do you want backup on schedule?
