Restore .backup file to MySQL database using Navicat 8

Hi to all .. good day!

Is it possible to restore a .backup file to MySQL database using Navicat 8?

and if so, how can i restore it?

I am having a trouble about this since the Navicat is only accepting a .sql file. Please help me with this.
