Hi,
There is a library 'Matlab' (by Mathworks). Using this library, you can solve differential equations. Matlab can do much more than just solving differential equations. This library can be used with C and I hope there is some version available which is free for trial or free for students.
You need to google for more info (maybe you can start by searching 'matlab solving diff equations with C '). Plenty of tutorials are also available on the internet as this is a popular library so you should not face any problem learning about it.
