What do you mean by 'best look'? Are you talking of nice looking UI? If so, use Silverlight. It provides rich UI.

Using Silverlight doesn't guarantee anything. How hard do you want to work at it?

I suppose you've guessed by now that we really can't answer your question because we don't know how committed you are to the final product. Sure, you can claim that you're going to work hard, but that would be a subjective claim. What is "work hard" for you as compared to "work hard" for any of us?
