"Trace is off" warning in Unix

Hi,

I had written a C file which run on unix(AIX) system.
In my C file, I used traces for errors.
But when I run it, I am receiving warning messages "Trace is off".
Can anyone tell me How to ON the traces in Unix.

Help me out.

Use Google and search for "aix trace", or use the AIX help system.
