Solution 1

Convert the image to byte array and store it in the SQL. While displaying, fetch the byte array and reconvert it to image..

There is a site which will help you convert c# code to vb.net. just google it and you will get it. You can copy paste the code in the site and it will convert c# code to vb.net.
