How do I ask question or comment on an article?

Refering to the article from:

I downloaded the code from:

and modified it to make it work as MFC DLL. It's working. Then I added another function and call it in app, it raised an error.

I would like to submit the code and ask the author questions about my code. I signed in, but I do not see any comment the article.
