How to develop a flipkart like but a marketplace web site ?

I am interested in developing a marketplace website like flipkart.com, using a script coded by uniecommerce.com. I am not a tech savvy. So I need some credible advice from developers on what I should know about web designing Flipkart has used, what type of programming langauge or what to use etc.

I also need to know the possible cost from developers in india.

Do you people think you can do this for me ?

We would have no idea at all what the cost would be. You would need to ask some developers in India.
