I have bind data dynamically into the code in a such a way that if i had selected one of the value of dropdownlist box..on selecting that particular value i have to display respective details related to that selected value into the other respective textbox.

Consider a scenario where there are two dropdownlist. One is for Selecting Countries and another is for Selecting States of the country selected. Once the Selection of country changes, second dropdown should be updated with corresponding states.

If you are using Object datasource for populating data into dropdownlist, then for the second datasource which will be used for the second dropdownlist, you can pass the parameter value of the first dropdownlist selected value.
