how to use google translate api in c#.net?

i downloaded google translate api_0.3.1 for .Net.
but i cant use it at all.
can anyone description completely with a simple instance program that how do i use it?

Use their documentation. Its quite self explanatory:

However, after trying if you still have question then come back with specific problem and do not expect that someone will cook code for you.
