My vb project is not running

Hello, Please am writing a vb project. But instead of the individual forms that make up the project, i want to make each form a panel and put all on one form. the panels are then hidden. so when you want something, the panel comes to view.
my problem is when i run the form, i get this error

"An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: The form referred to itself during construction from a default instance, which led to infinite recursion. Within the Form's constructor refer to the form using 'Me.'"

can someone please help me solve this....?

Help you solve what? The error message is telling you exactly what the problem is.
