How to Create Google Map in Android. showing error update google play service

Dear Friends,
I want to integrate Google map with my app. I have google api key , i have done all permission in manifest and in layout using fragment to call google map but when i debug my code then its returning google map null can give me solution .........

and i hade the same problem but i reinstall sdk android and the problem was fixed
i cant guaranty that will fix your problem
my problem was i done all what google want i get api_key lvl2, all permission

the code for showing google map on xml i done all what, no error but when i start the app
google map sector was empty he show nothing to me just meridian and parallels of world map

i will say again i dont guaranty that will fix your problem
on me that worked??
