export to PDF using itextsharp dll

Hi
I am using itext sharp dll to export to PDF.
IN LOCAL SERVER - after export to pdf it ask for
Do you want to open or save test.pdf from localhost?
when i click on OPEN
it say Test.pdf coludn't be downloaded along with option RETRY, CANCEL ..
when i click on RETRY pdf gives an error as
PDF is not supportedfile type or because the file damage.
BUT,
When i click on SAVE option get message as () and after that i click on open option document is geting open

can anyone help me why im getting damage or not supported type error when i directly click on Open option after export to PDF
Please help

Try it in different browsers and see if you get same issue in all browsers. Also check that you are setting the name of file correctly, try with a small file size etc.
