i wants to develop a android apps to call , sms, share pictures, comment,
means any user download the app and create account on the site and he/she can sms, calls,share pics to added user on the site,

First take a look at Google playstore how is it working & everything else. I think you want to develop android applications without using Java. If yes, go with PhoneGap[^]
