how to show previous page as background to another page's where modalpopupextender is used ?

I have two page Page A and page B. and I have modalpopupextender on Page B. When I click on a button that is placed on page A I get redirected to Page B, but my requirement is that when I get redirected to Page B I want the Page A to be displayed as a background to Page B along with the Page B modalpopupextender.

uhhh! instead of that why dont you keep that modalpopuextender in pageA??
why are trying like that?

Solution 1

You can use Iframe instead of pup-up extender and set the iframe container div css that it is bit transparent and looks like poop-up. That is what today popular sites do.
