How to load text box value corresponding to the dropdownlist?

when i select the value from dropdown list,then it pick the others value from the database to text box.
suppose, if i select the mobile number from dropdown list, then in text box loaded with Name and address.

Solution 1

Simply, Add OnSelectedIndexChange Event to dropdown, and in that even, once the fetch the record for selected mobile number and display them in text box.
