where i can find examples the telerik opensourse when i donwload across administration console packages in the nuget page but i need examples how i can work grids but no donwloaded telerik manager. in asp.net mvc 4

The problem with this is that there is NO opensource version of Teleriks controls for you to download.

Also, there are no "step-by-step" examples. Their demos and documentation are just horrible for ASP.NET/MVC and nobody has gone and created new demos for them.

If you want to use Teleriks controls, your Google-Fu better be top notch. Since you're even asking this question, this tells me your Google-Fu (your research skills) are not up to the task of using these controls.
